All products are warranted against manufacturing defects as specified by the
manufacturers. Defective products under warranty must be returned to Trends
Electronics North Vancouver facility freight prepaid, and will be repaired or
replaced at the discretion of the manufacturer and Trends Electronics.
These warranties do not apply to any product or part thereof which has been
damaged through alteration, water damage, mishandling, misuse, neglect,
accident, improper installation, or unauthorized repair.
These warranties are exclusive and in lieu of any and all other warranties
expressed or implied, including without limitation the implied warranties or
merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and any obligation,
liability, right, claim or remedy in contract or tort, whether or not arising
from the company’s negligence, actual or imputed. No person or representative is
authorized to assume for the company any other liability in connection with the
sale of these products. In no event shall company be liable for incidental or
consequential damages.

No unauthorized returns will be accepted. Please contact Trends Electronics to
have an RMA document issued for all returns for credit. A restocking fee will be
levied on all new, unopened merchandise returned within 30 days of purchase.
Opened and or damaged products may not be returned for credit without prior
authorization.
